Executive Pastry Chef
Jacqueline Suter is the executive pastry chef at Rare Steakhouse & Tavern; she leads the restaurant's refined dessert offerings and house-made bread program.
Suter has more than a decade of experience in professional kitchens, the majority spent working alongside some of D.C.'s most respected chefs. Prior to Rare, she served as executive pastry chef at Jeffrey Buben's long-beloved Vidalia, and more recently at his French-accented Bistro Bis. Suter previously lent her talents to Chez Billy, as well as several restaurants within Gruppo Fabio Trabocchi and Neighborhood Restaurant Group.
Suter holds a degree in culinary arts from Johnson & Wales University.
