Brian Hamilton is the General Manager at Rare Steakhouse - Madison. Raised at his father’s Irish Pub in Nyack, NY (just north of the Bronx), Brian has worked in just about every role possible in hospitality for over three decades.
His next move led him to New Orleans, working at Olivier's Creole, a longtime staple on Decatur Street. Brian then returned to New York – specifically, Chelsea – to manage the popular restaurant 18th and 8th. After a short stint working abroad and opening a restaurant in Copenhagen, Brian’s travels led him to Wisconsin, where he worked at and managed several popular institutions in Madison, such as Magnus, The Weary Traveler Freehouse and Graze.
Brian joined the Rare Steakhouse family in 2015 and looks forward to taking care of you when you come in for a special event, business meeting, anniversary or simply for an outstanding steakhouse experience.
