Chef Aaron Schmude is the Executive Chef at Rare Steakhouse - Milwaukee.
After attending The International Culinary School at the Art Institute of Las Vegas and prior to joining the team at RARE, Chef Aaron traveled the country honing his craft, including time spent at Botero Steak in Las Vegas, Clyde’s in Washington, D.C., Plato’s Restaurant in Aspen and The Partisan in Washington, D.C. Aaron also gained valuable experience as a private chef for an NBA athlete.
Aaron’s personal flair in the kitchen is taking familiar, approachable dishes and adding a modern twist to them with different flavor profiles and complimentary ingredients. He says, “I’m not one for reinventing the wheel; I’m more concerned with making really outstanding food for our guests.”
