The Wisconsin-born steakhouse is doing a three-course menu for two ($150) or four ($250). It includes butternut-squash soup, roast turkey breast and leg confit with gravy, cranberry compote, and chestnut/sage stuffing, sweet-potato mousseline, roasted mushrooms, and pecan and pumpkin pie.
