Chef Marc Hennessy will guide you through a dry-aging demonstration and conversation, complete with samples. Take a tour of Rare's kitchen and get a sneak peek of Rare's state-of-the-art dry-aging cooler, the largest restaurant cooler in Wisconsin.
The evening will include hors d'oeuvres, Rare's signature meats, sides, wine pairings, and dessert.
